Colored Aggregates are used in conjunction with cold applied resins and provide visible warning with the advantage of superior skid resistance when compared to other colored surfacing materials. Typically, the aggregates utilize calcined bauxite or granite and are colored with a highly durable long lasting UV stable color of choice commonly Green, Red, Blue or Yellow.

 

Colored Aggregates are widely used on bike lanes, bus lanes, medians, crosswalks, railroad crossings and walkways. In addition they can be used on industrial and commercial areas such as factories, airports and warehouse locations.
